realty round up: sioux falls, south dakota
Emily Oster
I was lacking inspiration for this realty round up when I heard a story on NPR's Morning Edition about Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I had never given Sioux Falls much thought so I figured why not. Unfortunately, I am going to have to refer everyone to this NPR story to learn a bit more about living in Sioux Falls as I am short on time this week. Enjoy and have a great weekend!

This classic bungalow while in need of some updating has great bones - original molding, lots of windows and two bathrooms which can be hard to find in homes of this size and age.
House #2: $250,000 - $500,000

A registered historical property on both the state and national level, this home has a lot to offer - charming details, a fireplace in the kitchen, a great location as well as hardwood throughout.
House #3: $500,000 - $750,000

This house is located outside of the general area of the other homes and is also the only one that is relatively new construction. Its key attributes include a large lot, heated wood floors on the main level, a personal gym and top of the line appliances.
House #4: $750,000 - $1,000,000

Lets just call this one what it is - a beautiful, historic mansion. And its been well maintained! I don't think I could even begin to list its many great features so instead I suggest you take a virtual tour of the home here.
