land of nod for grown up spaces

When I first started following Emily Henderson's blog, Style by Emily Henderson, I remember reading a post about how one of Henderson's best kept secrets was shopping at kids store for grown up spaces. The colors tend to be more updated, the lines more modern and the prices cheaper. Land of Nod is a perfect example of this as they have some great pieces that would be right at home in the most sophisticated of grown up spaces. I am a big fan of the Kohler made Brockway Sink. Its retro yet modern, beautifully utilitarian and especially great in kids bathrooms. It comes in multiple colors and sizes with the option for one to three faucets. I would use in a shared kids bathroom in either black or navy. Happy Monday!
